Well I guess this is my final day in charge of the comic, so in the words of Winston Churchill, "I'm not as trunk as you drink I am".

It has been a fun stretch and I think a lot of things worked and clicked, but soon the ol' ball and chain will be back to revert back to the "Dark Ages". Well I show no remorse and all I can hope is to not be kicked off for what I did. But in the great words of John Paul Jones, "Refried beans give me gas".

I also think of the smooth transfer of control between me and Creator without DGC, how scripts actually were approved within a day and wholesale changes to the script were ordered five minutes before a deadline. These were good days, in fact this reminds me of a quote that George Washington said once, "Have you ever farted so bad, that it tore a hole in your underwear?".

I just hope DGC gets the message and helps streamline the comic into the future, with compromises and actual communication in the future of the comic.

By the by, I wrote all three of those on the top ahead of time and I was going to put only one up, but then you the viewer would miss the entire picture. Also DGC wears rubber underwear.

For the sake of brevity, I'll keep this short. Boy, was that redundant.

Hopefully sanity will be restored now that DGC is coming back. I'll be attempting to bring as much humor out as I can, as usual, and keep this whole project from collapsing in on itself.

Incidentally, it took quite a few changes to get this particular episode posted. My initial shot at the Amish joke was to make light of their non-violent ways, but apparently the Simpsons did a much better job of that than I could have. Thus, Authorman and I eventually agreed to put the Amish in space, and this nutball of an episode was born.
