This is Creator again, and yes, DGC is still on vacation. By the next comic's release (on Tuesday), he should be back, though.

Authorman decided to get ambitious in DGC's absence and hammered out THIS musicial comic. Enjoy. A lot of effort went into this comic (Well, a lot of effort goes into ALL our comics, but that goes without saying).

Well, the Yanks finally pulled off the win in the ALCS, thus preventing me from having put my foot in my mouth. Saturday night was the first game of the World Series. As of the typing of this rant, I haven't yet recieved word on its outcome, so may both teams play well.

Yes, I do have to admit this was an ambitious project, a project that would probably never be greenlighted by DGC. It is obvious, even though I haven't talked to DGC, that he would have probably hated this comic. I mean using a KISS joke when he had "planned" to use one a hundred comics down the road. Taking a character into a new medium, taking the comic into a new direction, all things that DGC would hate coming from me. All the arguments I hear is that I hate plot, that I abhorr story, that I detest an even flow of concurrent ideas. This isn't the case though. I don't hate plot, but I think that it's secondary to the funny. This argument and no other has come from his mouth whenever he turns down my scripts, not logic nor reason. Just this ramble.

Oh would you look at that. I went mad with power.

Well the joke of this comic is that hero is dressed up as Ace from KISS for the layman. Oh and Mizzou lost, so I'm sad, but UCONN won, so I'm glad. Since these both happened I've invented a new emotion, Slad.
